Networking Partners are individual business owners with websites who agrees to list each other as a networking partner! Usually a text link on the home page links you see under networking partners - 
NOT on regular links pages
Basically that is it - no money involved!
By doing it, it is saying they are friends who believe in each other and their businesses! Supporting each other online in business!
A text ink back to us is a requirement for being a networking partner, on a promenade page such as homepage or other non links page.
