We have a few reasons!
#
1- Our business is Expos! We do not sell products
here at the ExpoConnection or anything else
BUT our banner ads!
Our expos are tables that ourvendors have
their products or information on!
# 2- We purchase our own chat rooms! So when you log into ours your logging
into a private chat room that requires no registration.
No pop ups and no outside business ads
All the rooms you see are within OUR NETWORK OF CONNECTIONS NETWORK
with our Network Logo.
All the rooms you see listed on our rooms pull
down menu are ones we have here and at
TheMouseConnection. You will NOT find other
websites with chat rooms linked into ours as
some Free Chat Rooms show.
# 3- We have set up pages per vendor we call tables!
* The Welcome page lists all the vendors then each has
it's own table to click on to see. Plus
the Vendors Logo also.
* A vendors table is just that- their table, their
info (description and special offers) and a form that goes
directly to them! The Product tables showcase
the vendors products on them.
** With optional boxes for questions as request a catalog, hostess or recruiting info and more!
# 4- We have both open and scheduled party hours. We do like to ask the Vendors to limit them to 55 minutes so there
can be a 5 min. break between parties to give the vendors and guests a break for whatever reason!

check on the kids!
# 5 We offer Free drawings from TheExpoConnection
at Every Expo!
We ask all vendors to send us their business cards or small flyers to enclose
in the envelopes with them- Free Advertising
for our vendors!
We have as of 2005 decided to do a Free Flower
Seed Packet at every ExpoConnection Expo. The feed back
on them has been great! Plus we also do a Thank you drawing which changes each Expo.
And last we do a 3rd drawing which is a REBATE DRAWING!
We offer any one who purchased from any of our great vendors the Rebate Drawing! (Orders must be over $5 )
** You will never see us we offer over $300 - $600 in prizes
~ WE DON'T !
The Reason we do NOT do this is because
our vendors would have to donate their
products. We completely leave that option up
to them.
If they want to donate anything, it can come directly
from THEIR table to offer to those who fill
out their drawing form!
They know their business more then we do and while it may be nothing to 1 vendor to donate1-4 prizes all worth a
min of $10 it CAN and often IS ALLOT to many vendors!
Plus the shipping costs! We do not ever want ANY of our vendors to feel that pressure!
PLUS we know from past experience that every so often the vendors just do not send the prizes as they cannot afford to or forget!
This would reflect back on us at
TheExpoConnection , as well as the vendor, so
we do not put the vendors in that position to
begin with and we try to make this as easy and as
cost effective for all involved
Plus there is no guarantee drawing winners
become customers!
Think about how many times
you have entered a drawing and did not buy
from the place- We all have done that! It is
an enticement to draw attention and get guests
and have winners but it does not mean
SALES and that is what we feel our
vendors want is Customers and Sales!
We try and feel we do keep our Expos as affordable
and easy as we can, for not only our vendors but also our guests as well. We have learned over the years ( 2001) that this is what works best for us!
We
are committed to our vendors, therefore we
want to offer then the most at the best prices
we can! Our product Tables have been an unique
feature since we started back in 2001.We have the
same prices we have had for years and always
offer a Pre-Sale Price before each Expo on
both Info and Product Tables!
# 6- We also never do 1 day events.
We Feel that with the advertising we do for
each of our events that it is not worth it to
hold Expos for only one day!
Often at 1 day events, you will see only
vendors and possibly a few guests
We hold our Expos for at least 5 days. This
allows the vendors time in advance to know
when the Expo is being held and gives them an
opportunity to come the sale a few times
instead of only once!
We have learned that most often, nobody buys
on their first visit to a website or sale, so
the chances of purchases being made if we did
a 1 day sale are next to none, usually someone
needs a little time to decide, the guests may
go back the next day to order, to find
that they are to late!
Even
when we have not had chat going on the welcome page and vendor tables are still
there 24/7 for the entire event. Not all customers come into the chat rooms but they do shop at the tables!
# 7 We do ask that all vendors promote
the Expos in different ways! From placing our
Special Banners on their websites, posting on
their groups and bulletin boards, to adding
the Expo in their signature lines of their
emails. We have found that the vendors who do
this are the ones with the best sales! So when
everyone promotes the Expos, everyone benefits,
We like to think of this as a team effort at
each expo we do! Our vendors are a part of
TheExpoConnection during each Expo!
#8 We buy Banner Ads on popular websites for each
Expo! Over time we have learned which
sites bring us great traffic and guests!

If your new to Expos do not worry!
We were all
new at one time, and you will find that during
our Expos the vendors are great and often
become friends with each other! Helping and
supporting each other is important, and our
vendors do just that!
A lot of our vendors who have done Expos
before, will try to be sure to come to our new
vendors first expo chat / party time and
sometimes even their second, to help them in
any way that they can.
We here at TheExpoConnection as staff, are
also there to help whenever we can! A new
vendor at TheExpoConnection doing her first
few parties will never be alone! We do offer
Pre-party tips along with the ones that are
listed on our websites.

We
listen to our vendors! We now have a small
division of TheExpoConnection called the
TuesdayExpos! YES every Tuesday is Expo Day at
our brand new TuesdayExpos!
We currently hold 5 Expos per year and our
vendors like the product tables so much that
they wanted more!
This is how the TuesdayExpos was born!
The vendors wanted it, and now they have
it!
Every Tuesday is now Expo Day!
