VENDOR INFORMATION
Welcome from The Expo Connection and TuesdayExpos Expos!
Participating in Expos is a great way to get your business and name out there,
and have it seen by visitors in a multi-business event set up, such as Our Expos.
As Vendors, each individual success often depends on the vendors themselves.
We do receive a lot of traffic to our Expos due to our years online
and also due to advertising and search engines.
Each Vendor is asked to place the Expo Sale Banner Link
on their Websites Home or Welcome page.
For those who cannot,
we do ask that you post on the yahoo and other groups you are
in along with emailing the link to your friends!
We often see the link in Sig. lines during the sale also.
Everyone Benefits from all of us doing this!!
The more everyone helps to advertise, the more guests who will come.
We also provide the use of the chat room for the Expos!
Taking the time to have both scheduled parties and being in the room during open chats does
benefit you and your business greatly!
People visiting the rooms often have questions about companies
and if you aren’t here, they can’t ask. We do try to answer best we
can
but you know YOUR business the best!!
Now we do have a few simple rules we expect all vendors to follow.
These rules are in place to protect our vendors and guest,
and to ensure that our events run as smoothly as possible.
· All vendors MUST stay in the designated chat room(s)
for the event they registered for.
This means, if there is another event or party happening in another room,
you are not to participate in “room hopping”
trying to make sales to others.
The chats are hosted at www.TheMouseConnection.com and
TMC clients have their own personal rooms there.
They do not want other companies coming in trying to sell to their guests.
Do NOT invite guests and vendors of TheExpoConnection.com andTuesdayExpos.com
to any other chat or party happening at the same time.
While vendors may be in more then 1 expo or event at a time period
please
refrain from advertising outside businesses while at TheExpoConnection.com
and/ or
TuedayExpos.com
The best way to enter the
Expo Chat is to use the pink Arrow and scroll
to Expo 1 then log in. Expo 2 will also be used, if needed.
· Do NOT be abusive, profane, or ignorant to anyone in The Expo chat.
** If you are having a problem with another guest or vendor
email either Peggy at Staff@theexpoconnection.com
But please ONLY contact us if this problem involves The Expo Connection.
If this is an outside issue, take care of it privately.
· Do NOT try to sell to guests, either in chat or via Private Messages, unless you are a Vendor.
If you are a guest and trying to sell to other guests or vendors, you will be asked to leave the chat!
This is NOT fair to the Vendors who PAY to have a listing.
· Lastly, just please be courteous to your fellow vendors and guests!
We want this to be a fun & enjoyable community that everyone will want to be a part of.
With your help & cooperation, that’s exactly what we’ll have achieved.
